Gazpacho: 4 large ripe tomatoes, 2 1/2
cucumbers, 1 large green pepper, a few onions, 2
cloves garlic, salt, 1/4 cup red wine vinegar, 1/3
cup olive oil, 3 cups tomato juice, 1 cup water,
Serrano peppers to taste, Worcestershire sauce,
freshly ground pepper. Dice the tomatoes and
cucumbers (peel and seed if you would like.)
Dice onions and green peppers into 1/4 inch
sections. Beat in the vinegar and oil with
smashed garlic. Combine this dressing with the
vegetables then add tomato juice. Add water to
desired consistency. Season to taste. Chill.
