It is time to make pesto! Look up your favorite pesto recipe and blend it up. We have a lot of basil right now and it is really sweet and good. Remember you can put single serving sizes of pesto in ziplock bags to freeze so you can defrost them as needed for one meal. Also, I have been enjoying making a cucumber salad with sliced cucs, onions, and lots of basil topped with toasted sesame oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Yummy.
